Orchestras, Bands and Choirs
Macleod College has a range of performing ensembles that is rarely found in schools. They offer opportunities to all students to be involved in musical experiences at standards that both accommodate and challenge their musical needs.
Concert Bands
Our Concert bands are for students who play Woodwind, Brass or Percussion instruments and are graded at Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels. All beginning students enter junior band and progress to intermediate after 1 year. Entry to Senior Band is by audition where a standard of grade 3 AMEB or equivalent is expected.
