Peer Support

Peer support is a program where Year 11 students work with Year 7’s to help them settle in to their new school.

Peer support is gonna rock this year. Already our inspirational leaders have taken fun to a whole new level but here’s a sneak peak of what we have in store for our Year 7’s this year: Basketball games, dance workshops, excursions and the traditional class visits.

Another part of the program involves attendance at the action packed Year 7 camp. Camp is the ideal opportunity for building relationships and blossoming friendships throughout Year 7.

Camp will also be a perfect chance for the Peer Support leaders to show their stuff and put to use all their hard training.

Remember, Year 7’s we’re here and we care so don’t be afraid to come to us.
